Die Ansaugschächte werden an die Rückseite der Crawlerfront geklebt.

Jetzt wird das Gehäuse der RON-Station zu Einbau vorbereitet.
Die inneren und äußeren Wände werden gedoppelt, aber es ist möglich, eine Glasscheibe einzubauen.
Wer die Fenster also mit durchsichtigem Kunststoff bauen möchte, muss die inneren grauen Wände
präzise unterfalten ohne sie zu kleben und muss den Festerrahmen innerhalb des Rahmens von
außen her ausschneiden. Bei genauem Arbeiten sollten die Rahmen exakt übereinander passen.

Nun kann das Fensterglas an die Rückseite der Außenwand geklebt werden (trocknen lassen).
Danach kann die Innenwand auf die Außenwand geklebt werden. Sauberes Arbeiten ist von
großer Wichtigkeit, damit kein Kleber auf das Glas kommt oder unter dem Fensterrahmen
hervorgedrückt wird.
Beim Zusammenkleben der Wände unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Klebelasche der Außenwand
nicht an der Rückwand festklebt sondern frei beweglich bleibt.

Das Fensterglas können Stücke von handelsüblichen Kunststoffblistern für Schrauben oder Zinn-
figuren sein. Man sollte darauf achten, ein weitestgehend unzerkratztes Stück zu finden.
Vor dem Einbau des Glases sollte es poliert werden. Die Benutzung von weißen Stoffhandschuhen
ist empfehlenswert, um keine Fingerabdrücke zu hinterlassen. Dabei darauf achten, dass der
verwendete Weißleim wasserlöslich ist.

Now the RON-Station housing is prepared.
The inside and outside walls have to be doubled, but a window can be glued between the walls.
So if You want to build this with transparent windows You have to fold the inner walls under
very precisely without gluing them yet and cut out the window frame at the inside of the frame
from the top laying outside. If You worked precise, the frames should fit onto another exactly.

Now You can glue the window glass first to the back of the outside wall and let it dry. Then You glue
the inside wall to the outside wall. Important is to work very cleanly and not to spill some glue onto
the glas surface or squeeze it out of the window frame.
Very important is not gluing the tab of the outside wall to the inside wall. The tab has to stay freely
movable for now.

The glass of the window can be some pieces cut out of blisters (e.g. for screws or lead miniatures).
You have to make sure that there are as less scatches as possible. Polish the plastic before
You glue them in. While working with transparent plastic some white cloth gloves are recommended
for not leaving finger prints on the plastic surface. Be sure to use water soluble white glue when
using gloves.
