Nun sind die Wärmetauscher dran.
Auf Bild 1 kann man die Teile für alle 4 Wärmetauscher sehen, es gibt pro Laser einen.

Auf Bild zwei sind die Teile gedoppelt und ausgeschnitten. Es gibt eine Grundplatte, einen Tauscher-Körper und 12 Kühlrippen.
Der Körper besteht aus einer zylindrischen Seitenwand mit Lasche und einem runden Deckel.
Der zusammen gebaute Körper wird mittig auf die Grundplatte geklebt. Ausen herum werden die Kühlrippen angebracht wie es auf der Grundplatte hell angezeichnet ist. Eine Pinzette ist dabei von großem Nutzen.

Auf Bild 3 ist der fertige Wärmetauscher zu sehen.

Auf Bild 4 kann man alle 4 Wärmetauscher sehen, bemalt mit Acryl.

Now it's time for the Heat Sinks.
On pic 1 we can see the parts for all 4 heat sinks, there is one per laser.

On pic 2 the parts are doubled and cut out. There is a base plate, a heat sink body and 12 radiators.
The body consists of a cylindrical side including glue tab and a round top.
The completed body is glued onto the center of the base plate. The radiators are attached around it as indicated by the light grey lines on the base plate. A pincer is of good use while doing this.

On pic 3 the ready heat sink is shown.

On pic 4 we can see all four heat sinks painted with acrylic.
